Our apartment smells of smoke that is impossible to get out.
They allow college kids to live here and yes it is VERY noisy. Music, and loud mufflers keep us up every night. The kids speed through the developement.
Our car was hit by a resident whom lives here (a 19 year old who was drunk driving)at 2:30 on a week night.
The staff does "random" apartment inspections, and has walked into tennets sleeping without notice.
If you enjoyed the college dorm experience, you'll definitley want to live here.
The staff are rude.

We have been living at Korman Communities for 3 months and love it here. I think the bad or good experiences here depends on what building you are in. Our building is quiet and the neighbors are very nice. I went into another building once though and it was very smoky smelling. I love living here though. We had a leak in our apartment and maintenance came the next day and fixed it. Which building are you in?
