do not waste your money. in one word management sucks. noise is definetly a factor here. i love by the pool and in the summer dont plan on getting any sleep with swim meets and loud speakers blaring at the pool. like to sleep till 8 yea that doesnt happen because the lawn crew starts at 730 so plan on sleeping till seven no later. i dont have a problem with kids but a woman by the name of annmarie fish lets her kids roam free through the neighbor hood to all hours of the night riding bike and yelling . one night almost hit a kid flying down the hill mind you this child is about 5 yrs old if that.

MAnagement What management you could talk to the wall in your apartment and get a better responce.

I understand that recently they have been trying to upgrade the complex a little but still remember that you have tenants still living here . two people moved out recently in my building so for two months i have heard nothing but banging and saws and such underneath me. last week spraying the parking lot hope you like tar on your vehicle.

grounds look like trash. with all the construction going on it looks like driving through a dump trying to get to your apartment. grass wasnt cut for a few weeks love to see how long it takes to pick up leaves

overall its nice they pay your heat and water but i would rather pay that and live someplace else. best thing to do with this place is knock it down and put a parking lot in.
