In my case almost 4 weeks my master bed/bath was sealed for Mold. Heard lot of water damage even though the apartment is new construction. Management is a chaos. I experienced repeated annoyance from management on several occasions. Anything verbally promised, make sure you get it written and signed. Be very careful on what they tell you while selling the lease and what they are making you sign into the contract. Obviously you have to make time to read the whole contract page by page. In my case they are denying what is signed in the lease-contract. Lot of maintenance work is still ongoing so be ready to experience the inconvenience and several visits by maintenance people into the house. Hi - I was about to sign a lease with Oxford but the above review definetly helped me ask more questions before moving forward. Could you tell me if it's worth the trouble? Also, they were offering me 3rd floor apartment and not sure if that'll sustain more water damage.
