Parking is a real BIG problem - there is a real chance that you will not find a spot for your car - In each building, they are 7 parking spots for 18 apartment units - do the math
Maintenance is non-existent - the crew is extremely rude and is in no hurry to fix anything - I have requests that have been pending for 5 months.
Material used in construction is cheap and you can tell - this is a new place (2 years tops) and things are falling apart
Poor management - has no customer service - generally gives you lip service. Too many broken promises.
NO Landscaping - there is a reason why they do not show you any landscaping in their website - there is no landscaping nothing - no trees - not pleasing at all
Management even the audacity to place wood on the limited parking spots - no consideration what so ever)

I wish someone let me know before I moved.........

I think that whoever posted this is out of their mind. You probably had a fallout with management, which, by the way, is great!! Let me guess, they wouldn't give you something that you wanted, so you get on here and whine and complain about everything. WE LOVE IT HERE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!

come on now. management here is nice, but i'd rather have people who knew what they were doing. management has no clue what's going on.
