I lived there from 2005-2007. I had to move for personal reasons, but I would have loved to stay longer. Compared to my friend's apartments around town, this was a VERY spacious apartment. I loved the lay out of the living room and dining room. I had many social gatherings because my place was the biggest. I loved having a private balcony. I lived on the bottom floor so you could easily walk from your back door to the courtyard. It is a small and quiet complex. The walls were pretty thick between the apartment next to you, so you couldn't hear much of what was going on which was a good thing when my neighbor would blast her church music on Sundays. lol. I wouldn't notice while I was in the apart, but noticed when I was walking past her door to leave. The maintenance was always quick and on top of things. I give kudos to Todd for being a one man show there and also during the maintenance too when he could. I would call up and the same day he'd be there or have someone take care of the situation. The main office was very friendly and asked if I could stay longer as well. I truly miss living there and sometimes I drive by the complex just to remember the good times.
The only thing that kind of sucked was the parking. Sometimes I had to park on the other side of the complex just to get a spot to park. But all in all, it was the best apartment I've ever had yet.
