I have lived here for almost 6 years. The maintenance crew seems to be on top of everything and although the management has changed, they do the job. My complaints are there is only 1 way in and 1 way out. God forbid there is a fire or some other kind of disaster and there is a line of cars trying to get out. The other complaint is that there is no bar-b-queing allowed for tenants on the 2nd or 3rd levels. If we want to bar-b-que, we have to drag our grills, food and chairs to the bottom level and grill--I DON?T THINK SO, not to mention it is an inconvenience if you are entertaining. This complex has children and there seems to be no concessions made for them. They get yelled at if they are in the hallways or just walking around but unfortunately, there is NOTHING here for them to do. I think the management forgot that they were once children too and the children?s parents are paying their SALARIES! Rent is moderate--can be chaeper due to the fact that the bathroom can literally only fit 1 person and the laundryroom....if you are not the 1st one there, be prepared to go the the laundromat because your neighbor will hog it for the rest of the day. What happened to the heat in this place' It's freezing and my heating bill is is higher than my friends with homes. Last item--Rose Hill loves to rent to the college kids. They party way too much, have no sense of responsibility-like a JOB and I am sick of the loud music, beer cans and trash. It's embarrasing to bring company here!

It is a fire hazard to have a barbeque grill that close to a residence. Maybe this person should call the township and complain it is their ordinance and it is checked by the fire marshall in every complex.
