I would only recommend living here if you miss your college days. I have lived here 3 years and I have had college guys living next to me at all times. My complaints are not followed up on and the noise is too much. The windows are like paper so you can hear everything outside your apartment. The parking lot is decent so there is parking except on the weekends when the college kids are having parties and then you have to deal with all the litter in the morning. The HVAC system is so old, all it does is blow around dust so don?t move in if you have a lot of allergies. The windows let in all the heat and cold because they are so thin so your heating/cooling bill will be very high. Maintenance guys are nice enough but the work gets done whenever they can get to it. I am leaving this year, no doubt. One more thing, the office manager told ME I had to make a new key for THEM because I must not have given them one. That was a lie because I remember giving them a spare. I made a spare with my own $ so the maintenance guys to get in. Then I find out that the original one I gave them was found. One of the staff had "misplaced" it. I don't think I want a key to my apartment being misplaced and then I was lied to about it. They should have replaced my locks at no charge when they first "misplaced" it.
