I have been here too long and there will be no love lost when I am gone. The previous complaints are all too true, ALL OF THEM !!!The most annoying thing for me has been to report problems while they are still manageable and then get the "brush-off" until that very small thing is a disaster for several tennants. Very often window, plumbing, bug, painting, and general maintenance is put off so long the tennant is left to handle the prolem at their oun cost. You can expect the unexpected complaint notice for anything under the sun, and don't be offended if they threaten you with a fine. You has better expect high PECO bills due to the drafty, old windows. You can expect to pay up to $100 in the coin laundry due to outdated machines that are overworked b/c of the ratio of tennants.
Speaking of overworked, it's not that the maintence staff are lazy or creapy (as I read) it's that there are only two of them
to due a never ending always increasing amount of problems.There are three additional staff there and they all cater to the whims of (Toni Soprano) oops, I mean the owner. If only the owner "think out of the box" and upgrade while providing all inclusive ammenities, maybe Rose Hill could
get a five star rating.
