Cheap for a reason!

Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1995
I lived in a 2BR/2BA with a roommate for just over a year and could not get out fast enough! The on-site office was clueless - claimed to have lost one of our rent checks, so we replaced - they ended up cashing both checks AND charging us a late fee! Constant bug problems - first floor unit. Lots of break-ins with our neighbors. They claim "no pets" (or at least did when I was there) but everyone around us had cats - and lots of them. The pool was always crowded - lots and lots of kids. Parking was okay but snow removal was HORRIFIC and caused me to be late for work on many, many a morning.
