I have lived here for two years and had a constant problem wih centipedes. They were always there and the office lady told us its just a few bugs they wont harm you. The exterminator comes but they try to limit our exterminator time. The cooling system is expensive and doesnt work in the bedrooms. They never come to fix anything, but on the bright side they dont keep track of what you pay for fitness and pool, so you usually get it free.
