What a scam

UTI school's (To Fast 2 Furious) subsidized apartments. Owners refuse to do walk-throughs on check in or on security checkout then rape your deposit. My apt was crap condition as far as apts go, when I moved in and then I paid to upgrade it with my security deposit. Avoid at all costs. Try across the street!
