I moved into P7 and Im glad Im out. Rent was a little extreme (bend over). I feel their rapeing the old apartments to pay for the new ones being built. Monster roach/nightmare bugs came from a gap where the AC wasnt sealed in the wall properly and we had to put tape on it to seal them out, but they would tear it open and come in to kill us.

Donna was a miserable human being, but the guy working there was alright. MUSHROOMS were growing in the carpet in the living room because the showers were poorly built, the water would find gaps and go into the walls and carpet. Hallway smelled like rotting cheese, had to hold breath and run to our door. Dishwasher and stove were kinda old. Paint wasnt that good.

They lied and didnt fix the problem with the showers and mushrooms in the ruined carpet, and then slaughtered us for our security deposit. Management also accused us of the mischeif around the complex without having proof and looking at the jerks who moved in below us. NO SECURITY in the complex or parking lot BEWARE, slashed tires, dents, torn off gutters, and a rape took place in these apartments a while back as well.

Jerkwad across the lot starts his motorcycle up at 3am sometimes, parties across the lot also, goomba-ish strangers walking around parking lot at night. And neighbors never communicate or try to be friendly. Despite cleaning, bathroom smelled like a case of liquid natural ass.

Landscaping wankers shoot grass all over cars, start weedwhacking too early on weekends.

Basically not worth the money at all, ever. Afraid to sleep on my stomach at night.
Dont move here.

The kids in this apartment are the reason we stopped accepting students from UTI. The last manager here, Donna started renting to the students and it was a problem. The kids in P7 vandalized the hallway, caused problems with the other tenants and trashed the apartment. Our rent here is not high and has nothing to do with the condos that were built and sold. Mushrooms??? are you serious?? That isnt even possible. When P7 left all the problems went with them and the other tenants in their building were happy to see that we will no longer accept UTI students. The roaches in their apartment were probably because of the cleaning habits of the four 17 to 19 year old boys living in it. I leave my extra car here full time and I have never had a problem with anything happening to it. There is no one here with a motorcycle anymore I think it must have been a UTI student. I have to say that almost everything this tenant says is just out of spite because the neighbors didnt like having them here and they didnt get much of the security deposit back. UTI is a school for mechanics and because of the grease on the carpets in the hall and in the apartment it all had to be replaced. Vandalizing things when they left didnt help either. The only thing this person was right about was the smell in the bathroom. When I went in after they left I noticed it. I guess because they were inexperienced they didnt think to call it into maintenance. There was a blockage somewhere in between the two bathrooms in the apartment and the system needed to be snaked. Something very easily fixed but cant be fixed if we dont know about it.

I lived near P7 and I will vouch that the students living there were nice kids and I believe you are coming up with excuses to defend your business. If you haven't noticed, there are more than SEVERAL negative reviews for Rosehill. First off, the smell in the hallway? I don't think any human, let alone a chemist could create a smell that bad, so strike one. We ALSO had roaches in our apartment, because your incompetent maintenance failed to seal the gaps near the air conditioning units. Not the cleaning habits. Strike two. I don't know about mushrooms, but we also had a fungus issue from leaky pipes, which is extremely unhealthy. And as far as the parking lot, the young man downstairs had his tire slashed. Oh and unless the older gentlemen who was about 40 years old, went to UTI, then I believe you are wrong, YET AGAIN. And two more things, your maintenance/staff response time was non-existant. The last being the attitude of the previous and CURRENT staff. Having more than 5 bad reviews of your pathetic slum-apartments counts for something. Get your facts straight, I can do this all day.
