-Average Day At Rose Hill-

When you come home from work theres nothing better than having a snack and passing out in your bed in your Rose Hill apartment... OH WAIT, somebody who possibly owns Rose Hill has to let their extremly loud motorcycle idle for an hour! THANKS -------! But if he's not out there with his bike running don't worry, there are plenty of people that can scream all night or freakishly large bugs that will also keep you up all night. After your hour of sleep you can wake up and walk outside in the morning to find your car vandalized or blood all over the parking lot... I don't know which is worse.
You can bet your money that you can come home to find cop cars (swat team) all over the apartment to arrest one of your criminal (serial rapeist) neighbors. Its cool though because the news team will be there to film. Rose Hill was actually on TV (thank you rapeist).
Now it only cost $1015 a month to put your self through hell. That a good deal because normally you have to die to go there but Rose Hill lets you experience hell on earth. Oh yea, don't forget to kiss your security deposit good bye. The ----- (Donna) will need your money for rent and will be a ----- even if you hand it ontime.
Now it kinda sucked for me because there was 4 of us in a 2 bedroom because we were going to school and broke. Now the fact that one of my roomates were one of my most hated enemies, who I wish was dead, didn't even distact me from how much I hated the apartment.
Well I have to sum this up because I could write a novel on how crappy Rose Hill is so heres the summary. If you are blind, def, rich, and like bugs, oders, and sleeping disorders, this place might be possible to live in. Now if you don't have at least 3 of those things this place will piss you off.
I hope by writing this that I can save lives.... DON'T GO HERE!

The person with the loud motorcycle was a UTI student that wasnt even living here. Thank God management stop accepting them. Donna the old manager was the person that starting accepting them and thats when the problems started. Since they have gone things have been great. It sounds like the person who wrote the review was also a UTI student and his roommates were the problem.

The person with the loud motorcycle was like 40 yrs old jackhole... Get a clue douche, that dude had grey hair in a pony tail and wore blue jeans and leather. UTI student, yeah right.
