Move in here if you want to live among the illegals and criminals. Apartments are nasty and maintenance is a joke. Management doesn't care about legitimate complaints or making repairs. Live anywhere but Rosehill.

| We do not discriminate. There are people who live here of all races. All of our tenants must qualify, make enough money and all applicants go thru a credit check. It seems like this person has a problem with other nationalities. There are also three full time maintenance personnel who are fully qualified and on call 24 hours. If this tenant had called in for maintenance it would have been done. | |
