After reading all the garbage about Rose Hill, I would like to go on record that Rose Hill Apartments is a wonderful place to live. Yes, we had UTI students but almost all are gone and they are no longer renting to UTI. The UTI students were extremely noisy and rude!

Rose Hill's three maintenance men are on call 24 hours a day. And they take great pride in their work.
