I dont have an excuse for that crazy scum bag. There is no way to know every person that lives here and what they are like. He had a meeting with a girl in his apartment and he tried to rape her. All the police knew him because he always followed calls on his scanner but no one would have ever thought he would do something like that. It can happen anywhere. Women should always be cautious when going to a meeting or into anyones residence that they dont know. A neighbor took her into her own apartment and called the police. The police were here fast. He turned himself in right away. Why would I need to have an excuse for him? I am so sorry for her that is a horrible thing to happen. Unfortunately there are bad people like him in every town. I looked up my safe little town(or what I felt was safe) online and was surprised at what I found. Watch the news everyday and see what kind of world we are living in. We keep our complex well lit and as safe as possible.

I happen to have VIDEO PROOF, that an attempted-rape at least, had taken place at Rose Hill Apartments. I will post the news footage on youtube if I can in the next few days and give you people the link. It's shows the news coverage of the rape incident that took place at Rose Hill. If that doesn't change your minds nothing will. Where's your convenient excuse for that RH Manager?

Except for the tire slashings and vandalism right? I also used to live here, and all of the college students were mostly respectful individuals, the only complaint about them was some TV noise which cleared up after we asked them to turn it down a little. All of the adults and the management were rude as hell, and its not even 100% the apartments fault. This just happens to be a crappy area to live around, theres nothing they can do about that. Forget mentioning Rose Hill Apartments, just dont live in this crappy neighborhood, period. BTW I found a video about Rose Hill while searching YouTube.
