The title says it all. First off, the place looked like they did a quick once-over to hide all the damage. It looked like they covered up a man-sized blood splatter on the living room wall with a quick coat of paint...

CARPETS: Absolute rubbish; the ugliest color possible, and good luck getting the annoying fibers out of your clothes if you dropped them on the floor. They also get on your socks and climb into bed with you.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Sounded like someone's hand had been forced into it to settle a debt. AKA: Didn't work.

WATER: had black cr@p in it. A murky grudge monster seems to be living in Rose Hill water system.

PLUMBING: Backed up on a regular goddamn basis. You couldn't take a long & passionate sweaty dump without the toilet secumbing to it's injuries. After dishing out $ for Roto-Rooter 3 times, we just gave up and shat at McDonalds.

BATHROOMS: Shower leaked so bad it soaked the floor in the living room on the other side of the cheap-ass wall, and soon mushrooms were growing out of the carpet (not the good kind).

PARKING: You mean, NO PARKING. Visitors take all the parking spots from paying tenants! Then you have to walk the shamefull mile in the dark to your apartment. In the winter, trucks plow cars into their parking spots, making everybody late for work.

NOISE: Apartments are right next to PA Route 3 / drag-strip, goodbye sleep. Management was extremely noisy and partied late into the nights.

A/C & HEAT: Central air was so broken down that it couldn't even reach the kitchen or bedrooms! USELESS! Not that it mattered, because the windows and insulation sucked so bad that PECO-Energy raped your dumb ass every month for living there.

LANDSCAPERS: These kids shoot grass, rocks, and garbage all over tenant's cars and have the audacity to laugh about it! One of the silver cars had it's hood ruined because grass baked into the clear coat! They need to be euthanized.

MAINTENANCE: Didn't exist. Made tons of repairs myself with my $$$ on cr@p that was broken before I moved in, then Management raped me for my security deposit anyway!

MANAGEMENT: "Meet the new boss, same as the old boss" - The Who said. All they have accomplished is a ---- ghetto-liquidation policy towards college students trying to make ends meet. Trouble is, the college kids we're never the problem. It was the immigrants packed to the gills in one-bedroom cells, and criminals setting up shop. The management here are the definition of SLUM LORDS. They even try to tell you that, "You must be talking about previous management, it's not our fault". NO DOUCHEBAGS, we're talking about YOU. We lived there from 07'-08', YOU were there, stop denying it.


CONCLUSION: I hope a nuke slams home right on top of Rose Hell Apartments! What a waste of money, time, health & happiness. Dont just take our word for it; look at the reviews here, 9 out of 10 say this place sucks, how can that many people be wrong... DONT LIVE HERE!!!
