Looks like they took East Philly's worst project, and moved it to West Chester.

When I moved here, I accidently turned into Raquet Club apartments at first and was like, "Hey, these apartments are pretty nice!". I cried in the car when I found out I would be living in the red-brick projects next door.

Rose Hill built several high end apartments in recent years across the lot. Guess what, that's why you are paying over a $grand$ a month for a SLUM. You deal with broken appliances and bust your bank account every month so the rich people next door can live in style. That's a felony where I'm from.

My first thoughts were, "Maybe the interior will be nice". WRONG! Ugly brown carpets, cheap paint, dull kitchens, drafty windows, people slamming doors, illegals running from apartment to apartment, unfriendly faces, and that ungodly stench that hung in the air all year round. And if you dont eat your food fast enough, the roaches WILL take it from you. We are grown men and almost wet our pants when we saw one of these armoured SOB's run across the ceiling.

Parking is a nightmare! A pro-football sized guy parks in the handicapped spots for fun, and visitors take parking spots away from paying tenants. WHAT A JOKE!

I could go on, but it's easier to say: "DONT PICK ROSE HELL!".

I lived in Racquet Club. While they aren't ghetto like Rose Hill, we had all the retards, perverts, and schizos there. Trust me, it's not an upgrade from Rose Hill... a sidegrade at best.
