I have lived at Rosehill for about 6 years and I have never had any problems, all the tenants are very nice and if something goes wrong they fix it right away.
There is always patrol cars parked in the complex so I feel very safe

patrol cars always at the complex because the cops can get all of there arrests for the day and it only take them one trip to rose hill to fill a police van full of criminal scum.
