A ton of these reviews seem to be coming from people who are pissed that they moved into the notorious Rose Hill Apartments, and are just trying to warn people.

I lived at Rose Hill for the 1 year I signed up for, and hated every minute of it! The people in West Chester nick-named the place "Roach Hell Projects". I guess these apartments are a sort of freakin joke to this town, and that alone should scare you away!

The whole complex looks like an inner-city projects, complete with:

Crappy red-brick buildings with ugly chipping paint / Cheap, stinking carpets / Indian neighbors cooking curry which smells like deep-fried diarreah / late night screams / HUGE ROACHES / mexican illegals cramming 20 people into a 1 bedroom apartment / police search lights / and no parking

I lived towards the back of the complex near C and D buildings, and I noticed something extremely disturbing. Apparently, the kids living above me were famous for destroying one of the apartments towards the front. They had made videos showing off all the horrible crap they pulled over there, and now they moved to an apartment above me and were even more famous for the videos they were shooting at the new place. I saw a couple of their posters and checked out their videos, and I am positive it's the same people who lived above me.

I saw them shooting guns from their porch with makeshift silencers, and even starting fires. One time they threw burning stereo speakers from the third floor! When the landscape kids would come by, these kids would throw garbage on the lawn in front of the lawn mowers and the garbage would shoot all over the place. I saw them digging a hole in the ground this one time, and I called management about it right away. Management NEVER SHOWED UP, so I called the police. They found out that the kids dug a hole, put sharpened sticks facing up with tons of glass around it, and covered it with leaves. Im positive they were trying to kill the landscape workers.

I guess its bad enough these kids lived there, I even heard they were making a feature film about how they terrorized people here and got away with everything, but the fact is they were only a tiny part of the problem. The management has changed but not really..... they still dont give a damn. Response time' Try no response. The buildings are ugly projects, old and decrepit, run down, stinking, probably aesbestos filled, and all this goes with high rent prices.

Rose Hill Apartments..... what a nightmare! Take your business to Raquet Club Apartments, or Waterview.
