I just moved here from Goshen Apartments because I didn't have a chance to re-lease my apartment, AND I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW TRASHY THESE APARTMENTS ARE.
The central air system DOESNT EVEN WORK!!!!! The grounds guy here "fixed" it' He looked at it with his eyeballs and walked out. How did he fix it' Not to mention he didn't "get around" to the rest of this junkyard.
The fridge turns on loud at 3am and wakes my wife up, and the stove doesn't get any hotter than 200 degrees' What!' My car gets hotter than that on a cloudy day! She's more pissed about the stove than I am, but I have to hear about it. Not to mention microwave-soup is getting old, FAST.
Not to mention parking is a complete joke, the utility bills put the fear of God in me every month, and the managers are total dirtbags. I have entirely too many complaints to list, can't wait to leave this warzone after the lease is up.
