Overall, Seven Oaks is a great place to live! It's relatively quiet, the management is very friendly and helpful, the grounds and buildings are well maintained and kept clean. We're across the street from a nice park and also the hospital (which provides for the ambulance sirens every now and then..) The parking is ample but you won't always get a spot next to your building. Also there are some areas of the parking lots that are not well lit making them a bit unsafe during the late hours. The buildings/apartments are very safe though. All apartments (except ground floor) have inside building access and you must buzz in visitors. A couple things to watch out for: A couple cars in the south building parking lot were broken into recently and the ground floor of the south building gets very damp and wet when it rains. (once it even flooded) Other than that, things go pretty smoothly around here! I like living here very much!
