The maintenace is great, fast, dependable, and courteous. The office staff is attentive and responsive to requests or just to chat a few minutes, very freindly. Good location and a fair rent for the space leased, The problems are as follows: The parking is horrible, not enough spaces and the High school nearby uses it as student parking during the day. Some of the residents supplement their income through drug sales, not obvoiusly but nontheless dealing is going on. College students will party fairly regularly but are usually not too obnoxous. The heat is the main issue of contention, some apartments are overheated and others not enough and on cold days it can be downright brisk in the apt. To the maintenance dept. credit there is very little they can do to change this aspect of the heating. Cats are allowed with a one time nonrefundable charge, a fair exchange i would say. I like living here and chose to deal with the inconveniences. I will sign on for a second year.
