My wife & have lived in 7 Oaks apt South building for 1 year now. We like it a lot @ Seven Oaks & would highly recommend it to others. Their rent is among the best rates in the West Chester area. It is convenient to get to RT 202 plus plenty of shopping nearby. The apartment & the complex is very clean. The freshly painted white walls & off white carpeting provide the clean apartment appearance & the complex is continually being looked after. The courtyard is peaceful & great to see from many of the inner apartments! They are always quick to answer service requests & have a very pleasant staff. The closet space is ample for a 1 bedroom. We have renewed our 1 year lease for a 2nd year. Seven Oaks is not perfect for 2 reasons.

First, the walls are not sound proof. It is easy to hear your neighbors around you. Fortunately our neighbors are respectful & we never have trouble falling asleep because of too much noise. Secondly, parking is not terrible, but it isn't great either. If I get home @ 7PM, the normal lots can be full & I'll have to park in an auxillary lot which is further than I want to park from my apartment. Normally though, I can park within a 2 minute walk of my apt complex.
