Not too bad. Service is quick to respond, it's just having to call them all the time. I had a hole in my ceiling (2 foot diameter) for almost 2 months, with a bucket on the floor, nicely provided by the maintance staff. It first occurred the day before Thanksgiving. The guy from came up from the office, put a bucket on the floor and jabbed three holes around the original hole, and stated "have a nice holiday". I sure did. The roof has been patched up, with one problem. No AC for over a week, with outside temps reaching 90-92. The average temp in my apartment was 82 degrees. I recieved no compensation from the property manager. She stated that "the roof won't leak anymore." Nice to get what you pay for.

Parking isn't too bad. Just park in the fire zones, because that's all thats left if you work 2nd shift. Walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighbor's pretty well. The common areas outside are covered with cigarette butts. Trash is left next to the dumpster doors in the hallways by the doors to the parking lot, sometimes for days, unbagged.
