For the first few months we had no problems. However, then there was the roof leaking in both the bedroom and living room. Holes were punched in the ceiling in the living room and over the course of about 2 months they would patch the ceiling saying it was fixed and then it would leak again. Finally, after about two months it was fixed. Then winter came and our windows would have so much water on them from condensation we need to have towels under all the windows and change them 2 or 3 times a day because they were soaked. When it was really cold we had ice on the inside. We've been complaining about this for the last year and a half each winter and they have done nothing. We've heard more excuses than you can imagine. At least 3 times we've been told the windows were going to be replaced and then told no they are not. We were told we had different windows than everyone else which is why it would be hard to replace them. However, when our neighbor started having problems with her ceiling and she asked us over I saw she has the same windows we have. So they lie too. Then we ended up with water running down the studs inside the walls and staining the walls. The solution was to paint over it. Amazing. This doesn't even include all the "normal" things that broke and most of them took 2-3 calls to get them fixed right. As others have said if you come back after 7pm good luck finding a place to park. On the good side, the rent only goes up 3% a year the parking is free and off-street. The grounds are pretty well kept and the buzzer system to let people in is a nice security feature. All in all I'm glad we're moving real soon, I would never reccommend this complex to anyone . There are many places in West Chester that aren't that expensive, find somewhere else to live.
