Bad building construction

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1996
 
Lived here for a year and the noise was bad because the building is anything but sound proof. My upstairs neighbors were a nightmare. Management didn't really care about the noise. Luckily I didn't have any maintenance problems to take care of.
