The place is really quiet and peaceful although sometimes you can hear people walking above you. Maintenance is decent, have had a few problems to fix but they were fixed in good time. The staff is great except for the manager whom always seems to have a chip on her shoulder towards everyone. Parking can be a problem sometimes as they do not ticket all lots nor do it frequently. Hence there are many people that illegally park in some lots making it hard to maneuver around sometimes. The grounds are very well kept up and very nice looking. The buildings themselves are rather bland and the insides remind you of a bad motel with long hallways. The price of the apartments are a little too much on the high end but it is worth it for the peace and quiet as well as the few amazing staff members. Great mixture of a community featuring both young and old residents.
