seven oaks is the worst place i have ever lived. the noise is terrible, there are drunk kids running around at 4 in the morning ringing doorbells and pulling fire alarms. kids also driving around at 4 in the morning with loud exhausts. management is terrible. They never willing to help you out, very mean, and you can never get a hold of them with your issues. But trust me if they want to get a hold of you they will call all the time. Its not worth the money at all.
