Though Seven Oaks may not be the best apartment complex in West Chester, it definitely is the best value for students who are attending the University and using loan money and/or working to pay their rent. My partner and myself have looked for another apartment around the city to relocate for our final year in school and none compare in size and price to Seven Oaks (especially taking into consideration that heat and water are included.) We have had some small problems with maintenance, the rent has increased by $40 this year (instead of the usual $25), and the noise level outside can be a little outrageous some nights with parties and people driving their cars around the parking lot.
