Seven Oaks is a terrible place to live. The manager, Trish, does not care about anything but money. College kids take over on the weekends and during the work week. There were two overdose deaths last year alone. Crack vials are found on the parking lot along with numerous beer cans. The destruction by the youngsters is awful. Ceiling tiles ripped down, the elevator trashed, new rugs and paints destroyed. Still the same bad element is allowed to remain. The maintenence crew sucks. After living there for three years, I was charged for everyday wear and tear for my carpet. It was a mess at move in. The buildings are poorly insulated, therfore the noise is terrible. Music blares all night long. Trish, the manager does not do anything about it, except for raise the rent every year. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from Seven Oaks. The pool is flithy. The staff is rude and the rent is way too high for what you get. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
