I have lived here for about a year now and I actually really liked it. The fact that the heat and hot water are included makes a big difference... I take a hot bath at least once a week, and my apartment is nice and cozy even in winter.

It does sort of look like a motel when you first walk in, which my friends tease me about, but whatever... it adds character. I have a soft spot for good landscaping, and they chose some cool plants and have a nice courtyard.

Some of the residents complain about noise, but the North building is really pretty quiet- it's probably 1/2 retired people. Also worth mentioning- I LOVE the maintenance lady... she comes the next day any time I've ever needed something fixed.
