I lived in 7 oaks for a little more than a year, June 2007 to July 2008. I must say I have no complaints. If possible, choose an apartment in the North building, it is the quietest. The East building is where they put most of the undergrads and trouble makers, so best to avoid that.

The management is good, and they always fixed everything promptly, usually within 24 hrs. I would definitely recommend 7-oaks.
