While at seven oaks, 80% of my stay was good. Not to loud, comfortable, MOST (not all) things in the apartment stayed intact. The cons were the A/C broke for three days and it was 95 degrees in the apartment and maintance never came, roommates car got broken into, floors creeked really bad so neighbor from below complained once a week, and because my roommate is staying, seven oaks has a rule stating that i can't get my security deposit back so now we have to go to court. It's not a bad place but Watch out... seven oaks will find a way to bite you in the butt
p.s the blood stains in the carpet on the thrid floor of the east building should come off if you steam clean the carpet
