This is the worst apartment complex in West Chester. We lived there for 2 years, the first year was not so bad but the second year was the worst year of my life. We had to file multiple police reports for car vandalism and assault of a family member in the parking lot. They had to hire a security guard (who was present at the assault and did nothing) to keep watch over the automotive school kids that live here because they pee in the hallways, damage light fixtures, elevators, signs, etc. They run down the halls on week nights ringing doorbells and banging on the walls. Seven Oaks is aware of all this and still maintains the relationship with the school they go to, having a deal for their rent. Besides all of that, forget trying to get anything fixed. Maintenance is TERRIBLE. The office ladies are so unfriendly when you call and always tell you it will be fixed tomorrow and it never is.
