Location is great, close to High School and many local activities. The floor plans are varied, some strict rules that aren't always enforced. Noise inside is a real problem, to much like a dorm. Can hear bedsprings above.
Can hear people come in late at night and stumble down the halls. Management is good, people are kind. Insulation is poor, doors rattle when outside entry door is opened or closed.
