Lived in 3 different apartments over the past 5 years. We are only leaving due to a move out of state. Great location. Easy to walk in to West Chester to dine out, hit the bars or shop. There is easy access to the main highways, turnpike, and commuter train station within minutes. The staff does and excellent job maintaining the apartments as well as the grounds. Any repairs are made the same day and emergencies have an immediate response. The apartments are large and have great layouts and historic/rustic accents. No two are the same. There are occassional happy hours and other organized activites as well as giveaways for the residents. Overall well worth the money to live here.
