I spent a year (2002) in a two bedroom loft. Really only two complaints - The main one was that the construction wasn't the best. Fixtures were cheap, my tub in the bathroom wasn't level so water from the shower that landed on the side of the tub ran around the groove and onto the bathroom floor. The dryer didn't have a vent going outside, it just vented into the bathroom, so everything in the bathroom got coated with a thin layer of dryer lint after doing laundry. The windows don't really open very well and the screens and storm windows are installed on the inside of the windows which looks really nice. Noise never bothered me, but my neighbor occasionaly complained if I played a movie with the bass turned up too high.

Other than that, no compaints! Parking is great, grounds are pretty, the floorplans don't do the apartments justice, and the staff is nice. Maintenance guys are pretty quick too. The fact that the Sharples people throw a resident party once a year at a local bar/restaraunt is a nice touch too. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
