expensive and non-flexible

i know that west chester is probably more expensive than a lot of the surrounding areas, but i am up for a lease renewal, and my lease was rased over $100 to $1340 which i think is completely rediculous. in addition, there is no renegotiation... it is a take it or leave it proposition. there is no month to month lease after a year, and to get out of it you have to pay a full month and let them know well in advance (3 months).
unfortunately, i am unable to move out at the end of my lease, so my only recourse is to get e 3 month extension. for this privelidge, i will pay half a month's rent in addition to the jacked up lease.
if your considering SW, definitely take this into account. its VERY expensive and COMPLETELY non-flexible.
the actual space is decent. a lot of people summed it up already. there are noise issues and bizarre spaces.
overall, i would say i would stay there if the rent was comparable with the area and they were a little more flexible, but i can only imagine what i would be paying there in 2 years time...
this gets a definite NO rating from me.
