Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
We have just renewed our lease for a second year because we really love living here. Our apartment is a nice size, thoughtfully laid out with high ceilings and big timber beams.
The property is very well maintained, the maintenance is excellent and management has been very responsive.
The rent and utilities seem to the same as other apartments we looked at last year. But, this place is just 2 blocks to West Chester city.
We do hear some noise from our neighbors. But, that has been true in every apartment we?ve lived.
All and all we are quite happy here.
