I just moved in this August and already this place had a martini party with a chocolate bar, a resident appreciation happy hour at one of the cafe's in town and a holiday party this month. My apartment has a loft and 20 ft ceilings. Haven't had a maintenance issue yet and the people in the office are very nice. Good times so far.
