I don't know what this previous guy is talking about, my apartment is very quiet. I'm on my seventh year here and just renewed my lease. Upon renewal the manager had my carpets replaced, the living room painted and a new washer and dryer put in. I can walk to rite aid and get public transportation if I need to go out of West Chester. I'm happy with the way this place is run.
