some guy outside my window at night and nobody puts any lights up, i am breaking my lease and let them come after me, this place sucks

I've been a resident here for about 2-1/2 years and after reading this review I contacted the local police department to get more information on this because I really do enjoy living here but was a bit concerned. The police proceeded to tell me that the peeper was not only peeping at this complex but also several throughout West Chester and some homes so I don't think that you could consider this place as sucking just because its a problem that is happening several other places. To me the lighting is adequete and I did contact the office and they informed me the peeper has been found.
