I've been here since 11/06 and haven't found any of the negative things people mention. Maybe I'm just lucky. I know nothing about the managers and I have done my own maintenence. The management has been good about keeping people informed about complaints such as dog poop. I find it to be very quiet. I love the light, large windows and high ceilings of my loft apartment. I use the exercise room all the time and don't think it smells like a sewer at all, though it could be cleaner. No one cleans the machines. My only real complaint is that the tree in front of my apartment was cut down. I really miss it and if I move it will be because of that.
