I came into the apartment on a special, which is wonderful. I love my apartment, the staff is very friendly and the maintenience is great. They are there within a few hours of your call. The downfall is that if you come in on a special, the next year your rent will greatly increase to bring your lease up to market value. The other problem is that the first floor apartments get lots of bugs- specifically spiders. They have an exterminator, but the bugs still come inside to die. I want this to be a good review because the place is really nice to live, but there are certain things you should watch out for.
