The longer I stay here, the more power hungry the owners get. The apartment is family owned and operated but their favorite tenants also help around and all of them are ALWAYS around! You have no privacy, and you can't go outside without bumping into one of them.

The last two days have been beautiful spring days, and management has just enforced a new winter fine of $100 dollars: if you are caught with your windows or sliding doors open you will get fined a hundred dollars! Even though it's officially spring....apparently in their world the heating season lasts until May 15th!!!! I haver never heard such nonsense. I never signed that on the lease agreement!! The pay for heat, but they are very cheap about it! They pay for hot water but it's not very good, and the w/d are horrible!

You will be treated like a child here.

I would re-read the lease paperwork along with the rules of the complex, it was all explained to me, Why can 41 other people not get fined but you do?
