Things that you do from the beginning that are ok all of a sudden break an unannounced apartment law a few months later. The most incredible one today is the $100 fine; if they find a window open YOU WILL GET CHARGE A $100 PER WINDOW!! It s absolutely gorgeous outside and my heat is OFF, but I can t get a nice breeze through my apartment because they created an arbitrary heating season rule. In their world, heating season runs until May 15th!!! Don t believe me .see the attached flyer.

Come on now, we all signed a lease that stated this. I have never had a problem keeping my window open on seasonably warm day during heating season, They do pay for heat, so I can't blame them for wanting to fine people. If you paid for your heat, I doubt you would have your window open on a winter day.
