Landlords make promises that they won't keep.
When you contact them with issues in the apartment the first question they will ask is "What did you do'".
They are very negative people.

I work in a user support enviroment, I repair things for a living, I always ask people "what did you do" or "What were you doing when this happened" It is part of the troubleshooting process, does that make me a negative person? They always kept their promises too me! And my Neighbors!
