My Girlfriend and I have lived here over two years, and we love it! The staff is at your every beck and call, and maintenance emergency. They even got my dishwasher fixed on a Saturday!(It broke Friday Night!). The owners make it very personable, they are very involved in keeping a nice complex and making sure everyone is pleased.
The rates are fair, and the complex is made of steel and concrete, the units are almost noise free. There is a beautiful courtyard which is lighted and beautifully, and also seaonally decorated throughout the year. The staff actually care about serving the tennants needs, unlike corporate owned complexes, where my dishwasher would have been still broken. They are always updating, and renovating to make life better. It is a small complex under 60 units. The owners are eager to hear your feedback good and bad, and they welcome it to make a better complex for everybody. The apartments are large, and there is plenty of closet space. Come see it too believe. They are also very clean, from the outside to the inside.
