We had previously lived in this complex for over three years and could not have been happier. The family who owns this complex is always available to help with problems and typically goes above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate the tenants.
Any time work is being completed on the building there is always notice posted to allow tenants to know what is coming. (Any work that is done is to keep the building in good condition and is always done to benefit the tenants quality of life) Anyone who is writing negative responses about this apartment complex would not be happy anywhere they live and are sure to be problem tenants. If they want to live in an apartment complex that does not respond to tenants problems and that does not take good care of the buildings they should move out. They would than find out what a typical poor quality of life most apartment complexes offer. This complex has received multiple best of apartment living awards that are well deserved.
